Salmon in a "Q bag" with herbs and garlic.

 The taste of butter, the herbs and the garlic makes this salmon and the vegetables amazing!  

I really love this recipe and I made it in a ”Q bag”. It´s an aluminium bag with a plastic window so it is really easy to see the progress of your food without you having to open the aluminium foil. You can, of course, make the recipe in ordinary aluminium foil but if you can find a ”Q bag” I can strongly recommend buying it instead! You can read more about the "QBAG"  here.


For four persons:

Preheat your grill/bbq or your oven to 200 degress celcius/392 farenheit.

4 x 150 g salmon

Herbs and garlic butter
100 g butter
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp parsley, fresh leaves
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1/2 tbsp of dried thyme
1 tbsp brown sugar
salt and peppar

Put everything in a food processor and mix it together. Add salt & peppar according to taste.


1 zucchini
1 eggplant
1 red bell peppar
1 red onion 

Cut all the veggies in similar sized pieces. Slice the onion, not to thin. Put it in a ”Q bag” or make your own foil ”bag” and put on half of the butter and close the foil. It's really nice with the window so you can see the progress of the cooking without you having to open the foil.

Now put the salmon in a ”Q bag”. Put on the butter on top of the salmon and close the foil. Put everything on your grill for 15-20 minutes. Now it´s ready to serve! Garnish with som more parsley.
